About The Position
The Director of Maintenance Control at Spirit Airlines is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily maintenance operations of the airline's fleet, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. This role leads the Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, minimizing aircraft downtime, and optimizing fleet reliability.
