About the position

The Director/Manager of Engineering, Developer Experience at HireVue is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of infrastructure, improving CI/CD processes, and advancing test automation frameworks. This role focuses on driving best practices in test automation and ensuring seamless integration with QA teams, while also optimizing cloud resources and costs through effective planning and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the continuous improvement of Infrastructure Efficiency and CI/CD processes.
• Advance test automation frameworks and streamline release automation.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in test automation, including tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with QA teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Help optimize cloud resources and costs through capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Experience in CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation.
