The Director of Marketing & Admissions at Genesis Healthcare is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at achieving total census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities. This position emphasizes team leadership, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to drive business growth and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve total census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities.
• Oversee external and internal referral management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Admissions Directors for conversion processes.
• Serve as a key representative of the center within the community.
• Drive business growth through relationship-building and competitive landscape analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations preferred.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business needs, specifically incoming admissions.
