Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve total census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities.
• Oversee external and internal referral management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Admissions Directors for conversion processes.
• Drive business growth through relationship-building and competitive landscape analysis.
• Engage with the community and manage brand presence.
• Manage territory and admissions processes.
• Conduct benefits verifications.
• Lead and inspire teams to deliver excellence in customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations preferred.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business needs.
