The position is based in the Greenpoint, Brooklyn offices and operates on a hybrid work model. The Director of Marketing Analytics will employ a test-and-learn methodology to build and measure customer cohorts, working alongside IT to identify the best technological solutions for data analysis. This role is responsible for reporting on marketing results, enhancing consumer retention strategies, optimizing marketing channels, and driving results through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for analytics, ensuring that all strategies align with the brand's core values and objectives. In this position, the Director will oversee the strategy and execution of customer data management, continuously seeking new opportunities to grow the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of customer data and profiles, ensuring that the data is as clean and actionable as possible. The Director will also mentor and manage junior team members, fostering their growth within the organization while collaborating with cross-functional partners to analytically solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
