In this role, the Director will advise senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives based on thorough market analytics. This includes planning, directing, and implementing programs that promote public awareness and foster positive community and provider relations towards the hospital and its affiliated services. The Director will oversee the management of social media channels, ensuring that content is aligned with established policies and effectively reaches targeted audiences. Additionally, the Director will monitor the hospital's website content and functionality, ensuring that the design is current and effectively communicates with key stakeholders. Ultimately, the Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning will drive strategic initiatives that support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. This includes analyzing and recommending responses to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, provider issues, and the viability of potential business partnerships.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing required; Master's preferred.
  • Four years of healthcare marketing experience preferred.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to prepare written communication for various audiences in a grammatically correct format.
  • Experience in researching market data and forming conclusions based on analytics.
  • Preferred experience in layout and graphic design, media planning, and print production.
