About the position

The Director of Marketing Automation at Abnormal Security will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing automation initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team responsible for implementing and managing marketing technology tools, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement in marketing operations. The ideal candidate will leverage marketing technology to drive business growth and optimize marketing operations for maximum efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of marketing automation initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology tools.
• Ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with other business systems.
• Maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement in marketing operations.
• Build and lead high-performing teams in marketing automation.
• Foster collaboration across departments to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and implementing marketing technology stacks, including tools like Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong experience with data management, including data architecture, lead routing, and data integrity.
• Expertise in multi-touch attribution models and developing comprehensive reporting dashboards.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
