We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing Campaign Operations to lead and enhance our email marketing efforts. This includes creating personalized, compliant, and impactful email campaigns that drive engagement with healthcare professionals and patients. The role will also lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Marketing department, emphasizing change management, scalability, and continuous improvement to streamline processes and maximize the impact of email marketing activities. Establishing and promoting best practices for email marketing will be a key responsibility, utilizing data-driven insights and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and ensure the effectiveness of email campaigns. The Director will collaborate with teams across various marketing channels to ensure a seamless and consistent experience, integrating email marketing strategies with other channels to enhance the overall customer journey and brand presence. In overseeing the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, the Director will ensure compliance with industry regulations and deliver campaigns efficiently.
