About the position

The Director of Marketing & Communications at NovaSource Power Services will lead the development and implementation of a unified global marketing and communication strategy. This role is crucial for enhancing the company's brand identity, increasing visibility among key stakeholders, and driving customer engagement through effective marketing campaigns. The position requires a creative leader who can navigate change, collaborate across teams, and leverage digital marketing expertise to support the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance NovaSource Power's brand identity and broaden awareness of its programs.
• Create a marketing/public relations strategy that translates business goals into meaningful integrated campaign strategies, messaging, and content.
• Identify challenges and opportunities faced by the organization and execute appropriate strategies to support them.
• Lead the creation of compelling marketing content across all platforms and ensure message alignment.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for digital marketing, managing and optimizing programs across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading marketing or communications teams at an international enterprise level.
• Proficiency in core marketing capabilities such as copywriting, digital creative development, and investment optimization.
• Understanding of Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or Global Marketing Operations.
• Experience establishing and implementing a multi-year marketing and communication plan at an enterprise level.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's) in a related field.
