About the position

The Director of Marketing & Communications at NovaSource Power Services is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that enhances the company's brand identity and increases visibility among key stakeholders. This role involves leading marketing initiatives, creating compelling content, and acting as a subject matter expert in digital marketing to support the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance NovaSource Power's brand identity and broaden awareness of its programs.
• Create a marketing/public relations strategy that translates business goals into meaningful campaign strategies and content.
• Identify challenges and opportunities faced by the organization and execute appropriate strategies to support them.
• Lead the creation of compelling marketing content across all platforms and ensure message alignment.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for digital marketing and manage programs across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading marketing or communications teams at an international enterprise level.
• Proficiency in core marketing capabilities such as copywriting, digital creative development, and investment optimization.
• Understanding of Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Management, and Global Marketing Operations.
• Experience in establishing and implementing a multi-year marketing and communication plan at an enterprise level.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's) in a related field.
