About the position

The Director of Marketing & Communications at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the internal marketing and communications team. This position focuses on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, foster client relationships, and support growth across key sectors in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, customer relationship management, and brand management, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance market presence and drive brand growth.
  • Oversee and lead the internal marketing & communications team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Guide the creation of compelling content for proposals, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute Sevan's presence at key industry trade shows and events.
  • Develop and manage effective internal communications strategies to foster organizational alignment.
  • Ensure consistency in Sevan's brand messaging and market positioning across all channels.
  • Establish key metrics for tracking the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with client leaders on key client development plans and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and digital marketing strategies within the AEC industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing integrated marketing strategies and brand management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
