About the position

The Director of Marketing & Communications at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the internal marketing and communications team. This position focuses on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, foster client relationships, and support growth across key sectors in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, customer relationship management, and brand management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Sevan's market presence and drive brand growth.
  • Oversee and lead the internal marketing & communications team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts and optimize CRM tools to drive lead generation and enhance client engagement.
  • Guide the creation of compelling content for proposals, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute Sevan's presence at key industry trade shows and events.
  • Develop and manage effective internal communications strategies to foster organizational alignment.
  • Ensure consistency in Sevan's brand messaging and digital presence across all channels.
  • Establish key metrics for tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with client leaders on key client development plans and align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and digital marketing strategies within the AEC industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in multi-site and/or large-scale construction project marketing is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with large-scale event coordination.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies within the AEC industry.
