About the position

The Digital Marketing Lead will spearhead digital marketing initiatives across Enterprise customer segments, focusing on pipeline creation, revenue retention, and enhancing brand reputation. This role involves managing digital campaign activations, search engine marketing, paid social programs, web marketing, SEO, and database marketing, while overseeing a team of professionals and vendors. The position is integral to the Marketing Leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Clinical Effectiveness Marketing and Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to identify solution buyers and improve brand reputation.
  • Lead and manage digital campaign activations, ensuring optimal performance and market commitments are met.
  • Oversee the management of the CE's website program, focusing on inbound lead generation and user experience optimization.
  • Manage SEM and paid social media strategies to achieve market coverage and lead volume targets.
  • Increase lead flow from inbound sources to nurture paths for conversion.
  • Manage the database marketing program, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing programs to nurture buyers and users effectively.
  • Oversee the marketing technology program, ensuring efficient system integrations and monitoring ROI.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure commitments are met.
  • Manage the budget for marketing technology investments, ensuring alignment with priorities and ROI.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing digital campaigns and marketing technology.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Experience in search engine marketing (SEM), web marketing, SEO, and database marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing technologies, including Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level individuals.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Marketing AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing tools such as Sitecore, Demandbase, Vidyard, and On24.
