About the position

The Director of Marketing - Digital Experience will lead digital marketing initiatives across various customer segments, focusing on pipeline creation, revenue retention, and enhancing brand reputation. This role involves managing digital campaign activations, search engine marketing, paid social programs, web marketing, SEO, and overseeing the marketing technology program. The director will manage a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the digital experience throughout the buyer's journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify solution buyers and improve brand reputation.
  • Lead and manage digital campaign activation, ensuring campaigns meet market commitments and are optimized for performance.
  • Manage CE's website program, optimizing for inbound lead generation and user experience while improving SEO rankings.
  • Oversee SEM and paid social media strategies to achieve market coverage and lead volume targets.
  • Increase the lead flow process from inbound to nurture, ensuring all digital leads have a conversion path.
  • Manage the database marketing program, focusing on data accuracy and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
  • Implement a lifecycle marketing program to nurture buyers and users.
  • Oversee the marketing technology program, ensuring efficient system integrations and monitoring ROI.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring commitments are met.
  • Manage the budget for marketing technology investments, ensuring alignment with priorities and ROI.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, managing digital campaigns, marketing technology, and database marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Experience with SEM, web marketing, SEO, and database marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technologies, including Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
