The Marketing Director is responsible for directing the marketing efforts to grow multiple Digital Solutions product lines within our Endoscopy business. This role involves developing the vision, goals, strategies, and tactics necessary to achieve commercial business success with these product lines. The Marketing Director will lead the development of the annual marketing, revenue, and expense plans related to these products. The Digital Solutions product lines include a mix of existing software products and future hardware, software, and service solutions that Olympus is developing and bringing to market. This Director will play an integral part in helping to define and commercialize these future products and services, collaborating with global and regional colleagues across multiple departments and functions. Success will be measured through corresponding KPIs, and the Director will manage results accordingly. The role requires close collaboration with Sales leaders to ensure the effective execution of the Commercial Business plan, including the launch of new products and other business initiatives. The Marketing Director will also work with the supply chain organization to ensure high-quality service for customers and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals while adhering to Olympus's code of ethics and compliance guidelines. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for developing and presenting business results during monthly and quarterly business review meetings, as well as identifying clinical and economic study requirements based on business objectives.
