We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, and results-driven Director of Marketing who will play a critical role in Orlando and other assigned markets. This position requires exceptional business acumen, strong strategic planning, and analytical skills, along with an in-depth knowledge of Timeshare/Vacation Ownership Sales & Marketing. A solid background in leading a team is essential to this role. As the Director of Marketing, you will work closely with the VP of marketing to plan, implement, and manage the facilitation of marketing business plans. You will partner with the SVP of marketing to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with site and regional sales leadership to analyze performance factors, including increasing tour production, enhancing financial performance, and reviewing marketing program efficiencies. Your role will also involve effectively training and motivating new marketing personnel, including supervisors and managers, while providing guidelines on the rollout of new programs, best practices, and processes. Creating a positive work environment is paramount, and you will be expected to maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable regulatory standards and corporate values. Your experience in a marketing leadership position within the timeshare/vacation ownership industry will be crucial, as will your professional communication skills when dealing with diverse clients and company personnel. You will also need to demonstrate customer service and problem resolution experience, along with vendor relations experience and negotiation skills. A proactive approach with an eye for efficiencies, extensive knowledge in analyzing and reporting on marketing campaigns and strategies, and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate data and records are essential for success in this role.
