About the position

The Director of Marketing for IoT/ANS at T-Mobile USA is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading a talented team to enhance the company's market presence and profitability in the IoT and ANS sectors. This position requires a proven track record in business management, particularly in the telecom or technology industries, and involves coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies, overseeing product performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for TFB IoT & ANS product performance; drives business targets through financial analysis and strategic initiatives to deliver growth and profitability, including market share across all segments.
  • Coordinates, designs, and oversees distribution strategies to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
  • Ongoing evaluation of Segment and Channel performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Design and drive implementation of rate plans and pricing strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions based on market analysis and customer insights, in partnership with sales and segment marketing teams.
  • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Master's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Management preferred.
  • More than 10 years of working experience (preferably within Telecom and/or Technology).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at an executive level and effectively influence at an enterprise level.
  • Extensive B2B experience with a comprehensive skill set to drive business growth and foster strong client relationships.
