About the position

The position focuses on developing and refining strategies to penetrate the non-convulsive seizure market in the U.S. This role involves collaboration with sales teams to ensure effective execution of regional programs aimed at acquiring new accounts and enhancing growth in existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine strategic programs for account acquisition and growth.
  • Execute regional programs in collaboration with the sales team, including KOL development and training.
  • Establish and nurture local KOL relationships.
  • Drive lead generation and cultivation for major national trade shows.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to achieve business results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in market development roles.
  • Experience managing small teams to successful outcomes.
  • Proficient in analytic tools such as Excel and Alteryx.
  • Skilled in marketing platforms including SFDC, Groove, Adobe, and Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
