About the position

Airwallex is seeking a world-class B2B marketer to drive growth and scale its North America business. This senior role involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across various channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention. The position requires collaboration with commercial and strategy teams, reporting directly to the General Manager, Americas, and offers significant autonomy to impact marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Own Marketing strategy and planning by developing a comprehensive B2B Marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Drive performance marketing by planning and executing online performance campaigns including paid social, display, and SEM.
  • Manage offline marketing campaigns, analyzing opportunities and launching campaigns including first-and third-party events.
  • Oversee local product launches in collaboration with Strategy, Go-To-Market, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Drive content marketing by partnering with the Content Marketing team to execute a comprehensive content strategy.
  • Optimize CRM strategy by scaling and optimizing email marketing campaigns with the Account Management and Global Marketing teams.
  • Review, discuss, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and iterate based on findings.
  • Deliver insights to enrich understanding of buyer personas and craft resonating value propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years experience in Marketing, ideally B2B, with familiarity in both online and offline channels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to engage in hands-on work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-obsessed approach.
