About the position

Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing Operations and Transformation to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the advancement of our marketing operations, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels. The ideal candidate will excel in vendor management, particularly with Salesforce developers, and will have a proven track record of working cross-functionally to support the pharmacy's acquisition, retention, and operational portfolios. You will lead a team of approximately 3 internal direct reports and 32 contractors, making this a significant leadership position within the organization. In this role, you will oversee relationships with external vendors, focusing on managing Salesforce developers to ensure that vendor deliverables align with project timelines, budget, and quality standards. You will negotiate contracts and maintain productive partnerships to drive marketing initiatives forward. Additionally, you will leverage the marketing technology stack to deliver agile, automated marketing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness, implementing and optimizing marketing technologies to support personalized and scalable marketing campaigns. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution. You will facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to align marketing goals with overall business objectives. Furthermore, you will lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience across all channels, ensuring consistency and satisfaction by analyzing customer feedback and data to inform strategies that improve engagement and loyalty. Your responsibilities will also include developing and executing marketing strategies to support pharmacy acquisition and retention, collaborating with operational teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with operational capabilities and goals. This Director position will report to the VP of Pharmacy Marketing, and you will be expected to use your skills to make a significant impact on the organization.
