About the position

As the Director of Marketing Operations, Analytics & Reporting at Boldyn Networks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing landscape of our organization. This position is designed for an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about creating processes and procedures that highlight the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns. You will oversee the US marketing processes, data management, reporting, and project management to ensure maximum efficiency and measurable success of our marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to establish new operational processes, develop campaign success dashboards, and provide insights and analytics that will inform future marketing strategies and tactics. In this role, you will be part of the Marketing Organization, ensuring that strategic objectives and a customer-first mindset are upheld throughout the organization. Your expertise in marketing operations, reporting, and customer and data insights will be relied upon at all levels. The position is dynamic and varied, with daily responsibilities that include operational leadership, marketing analytics and reporting, martech stack management, and process optimization. You will chart the vision and strategy for the marketing operations team, develop and execute tactical plans, manage marketing automation systems, and establish scalable processes for lead and campaign management. Additionally, you will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all growth campaigns, analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to develop insights, and create regular reports on marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with Group Operations to oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring data quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Continuous assessment and improvement of marketing workflows and processes will be essential to increase efficiency and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Chart vision and strategy for the marketing operations team.
  • Develop and execute tactical plans to deliver on vision and strategy.
  • Plan, budget, and forecast for all US marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing automation systems for lead generation, distribution, and reporting.
  • Establish scalable processes for lead and campaign management.
  • Mentor and guide key marketing operations staff.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all growth campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to develop insights.
  • Create regular reports on marketing initiatives, business impact, and effectiveness.
  • Present recommendations to optimize marketing strategies to leadership.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack and ensure data quality in the marketing database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Group marketing, sales, CRM data, and IT.
  • Continuously assess and improve marketing workflows and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years in a marketing operations role within a dynamic and complex business environment.
  • Proven experience in creating marketing processes and procedures, managing marketing operations, and creating reporting and data analytics dashboards.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and data management.
  • Experience with market and customer intelligence software (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across different regions.
