The Marketing Operations Director at Stanley will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency across global marketing and creative teams. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize marketing operations to build efficient workflows and ensure timely project execution.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with prioritized resources.
  • Supervise the intake, assignment, and tracking of creative requests, and coordinate the digital asset management system to ensure accurate organization and access.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, ship, and manage new and archived samples to support marketing and creative efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of extensive experience in marketing operations with a history of leading projects and driving operational improvements.
  • Experience managing diverse teams and encouraging a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Proficiency in digital asset management systems and project management tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is highly valued.
