The Director, Marketing & Research position at the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA) is a pivotal role responsible for enhancing member engagement and awareness of the association's benefits and events. Responsibilities include managing membership and club development, overseeing the club representative program, and executing annual retention drives and marketing campaigns. The Director will also be responsible for advertising and sponsorship development, as well as revenue management. The Director will supervise a team of three, providing guidance and support while collaborating with other NCGA staff to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, project management, and consumer research, as well as the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
