Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans across key timeframes, categories, and event types, aligning with seasonal sales goals, product priorities, and brand objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with merchants and lead seasonal planning to prioritize product launches and inform event architecture, campaigns, and customer messaging.
  • Craft innovative marketing activations, such as events and pop-ups, to create buzz and emotionally engage the target audience.
  • Develop clear and compelling creative briefs that leverage customer data, insights, and competitor analysis to guide content and messaging.
  • Balance creativity with data analysis to inform marketing decisions, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing plans, with at least 5 years focused on the assigned family of business.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to build meaningful connections.
  • Proficient in forging integrated partnerships between brands and merchants to amplify marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • Competent in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with sales targets and business goals.
  • Experienced in deploying marketing strategies across various channels, focusing on experiential, digital, social media, and content marketing.
  • Skilled in continuously evolving the consumer journey, ensuring engagement with the right audience through the appropriate channels at the right times.
