We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand to new heights. As the Marketing Director at INTER_, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand, attract diverse audiences, and drive ticket sales. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging is cohesive and impactful. In this role, you will engage in strategic planning to develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with INTER_'s brand vision and business goals. You will design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and experiential marketing, to increase brand awareness and engagement. Additionally, you will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and create new revenue streams. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with external partners to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively, leveraging agency expertise to drive results. You will also lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights will inform your marketing strategies, allowing you to adjust tactics as needed. You will oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Finally, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) will measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing strategies.
  • Prior experience working at a marketing agency is preferred.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing partnerships and sponsorships that drive brand growth and revenue, ideally with a pre-existing network that can be leveraged.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a knack for innovative marketing ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
  • Familiarity with the New York City market and its cultural landscape is a plus.
