About the position

Circet USA is seeking a dynamic strategic Director of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports business growth. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with experience in the telecommunication or digital infrastructure sectors. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the Vice President of Growth & Customer Delivery to align marketing strategies with the overall goals of the organization, focusing on brand positioning, market expansion, and revenue growth. The Director will oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This includes strengthening Circet USA's brand presence in the market through targeted campaigns and initiatives. The role will also involve driving lead generation through various efforts, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships. The Director will manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content, while developing a robust content strategy that positions Circet USA as a thought leader in the industry. In addition, the Director will oversee the creation of content with consistent branding, including PowerPoint presentations, case studies, and multimedia. Budget management is also a key responsibility, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. The Director will monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, manage public relations efforts, and oversee the planning and execution of industry events and trade shows. Establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and making data-driven adjustments as needed will be essential to this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation tactics.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or digital infrastructure industry is highly desirable.
