About the position

The Director of Marketing at T-Mobile is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading a talented team to enhance the company's market position. This position focuses on developing and executing the T-Mobile For Business Voice Strategy, coordinating product, promotions, pricing, and distribution to optimize revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless business, proven leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• P&L owner for TFB Voice, driving business targets through financial analysis and strategic initiatives to enhance growth and profitability.
• Coordinate, design, and oversee distribution strategies for effective product delivery.
• Evaluate segment and channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Design and implement rate plans and pricing strategies to drive growth.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions based on market analysis and customer insights, in partnership with sales and segment marketing teams.
• Manage other duties/projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing (Required)
• More than 10 years of Wireless Business Experience.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and talent.
• Experience in developing and executing strategies/programs that drive growth.
• Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and prioritize trade-offs.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree / MBA in Marketing Management preferred.
• Extensive B2B experience in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.
