Responsibilities

  • Support senior and front-line managers in achieving program-level performance.
  • Set clear and achievable goals for mentoring based on strategic priorities.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and learning from data to enhance mentoring quality.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative leadership to serve students effectively.
  • Oversee hiring, retention, and development of qualified faculty and leaders.
  • Exhibit sound financial stewardship to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Education, or equivalent work experience.
  • Eight years' experience leading higher education programs and teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading a team in higher education.
