The position also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand positioning, menu innovation, pricing strategies, local marketing initiatives, and enhancing guest experience. The Director will analyze the competitive landscape, benchmarking each brand against local competitors regarding product offerings, pricing, promotions, and brand loyalty. Staying abreast of culinary and marketing trends is essential to identify growth opportunities. Conducting consumer and guest research will help define brand blueprints and assess the impact of new menu offerings and local promotions on revenue and profitability. Additionally, the Director will establish and document Multi-Brand Marketing policies and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency. The role includes leading tailored marketing strategies for new store openings, collaborating with external creative partners to develop promotions that align with brand positioning, and leveraging historical data to inform pricing strategies. The Director will also design and manage a comprehensive omnichannel consumer guest experience for satellite concepts, focusing on digital transformation and optimizing the digital guest journey.
