About the position

The Director, Network Security Product Manager at Aryaka is responsible for expanding the Cloud & Edge Security portfolio, playing a crucial role in shaping the company's future in the SASE landscape. This position requires over 10 years of product management experience and a strong passion for network security, focusing on managing security services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers, and driving product growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage Aryaka's growing security services portfolio, defining new offerings and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales, service delivery, UI/UX, and engineering teams globally to design and launch security products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology partners to ensure alignment with Aryaka's strategic goals.
• Engage with customers to identify use cases and technical requirements, assisting them in adopting and deploying new functionality and services.
• Support sales teams in evangelizing and deploying new products and Go-To-Market initiatives, creating compelling business cases for new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with product marketing teams on marketing campaigns and messaging to drive product growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the networking security industry, including roles in product management, engineering, or related areas.
• Deep understanding of network security technologies, including software-defined perimeter, encryption, next-generation firewalls, and secure web gateways.
• Strong collaborative spirit and high energy, driven by a sense of urgency and a passion to excel.
• Experience working across different time zones, particularly in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cloud-delivered security solutions integrated with SD-WAN and Edge Security.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS and managed services.
