About the position

The Director of Account Acquisition at WFS Group is a senior-level role focused on driving new business growth through strategic relationship building and high-stakes negotiations. This position requires an exceptional sales professional who excels in navigating complex sales cycles and presenting tailored solutions to high-value clients. The Director will work closely with the CEO to develop growth strategies and ensure the successful acquisition of new accounts that align with the company's revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop high-value new account opportunities, driving growth for WFS.
  • Leverage expertise in revenue operations (RevOps) to align customer acquisition models with strategic goals.
  • Take ownership of all account acquisition tasks from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Conduct thorough underwriting and account evaluation to assess growth potential.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff through the onboarding and integration of new accounts, ensuring a smooth setup.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on strategic growth plans and new revenue targets.
  • Utilize insights to refine and optimize the sales acquisition process for efficiency.
  • Manage the entire account acquisition sales motion from paid, organic, and cold email channels.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations to secure agreements and build strong client relationships.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to high sales standards across all acquisition efforts.
  • Help build and expand WFS's referral program, focusing on securing high-value strategic referral partners to drive new account growth.
  • Leverage sophisticated outreach tactics using data platforms to identify and engage high-potential prospects as well as manage all inbound opportunities generated from direct response campaigns to maximize conversion.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales recruitment, especially for high-performance, high-volume teams.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Proven track record of passive candidate generation and skilled in LinkedIn outreach and networking.
  • Savvy with the latest recruitment technologies, tools, and systems to streamline hiring processes.
  • Experience building or improving recruiting processes and workflows from scratch.
  • Adept at selling the company's value proposition to potential candidates.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments with rapid growth and change.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to own the recruiting engine of a growing company.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to use metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Experience delivering a high volume of quality candidates.
