About the position

The Director of Admissions and Marketing at Newton Health Care Center is responsible for developing strategic relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to drive patient referrals. This full-time role focuses on connecting the community with the high-quality services provided by the facility, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between referral sources and the center.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources to expand our reach.
• Serve as the liaison between referral sources and the facility, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Actively convert referrals into new residents by highlighting the benefits of our skilled nursing services.
• Lead community outreach initiatives to promote Newton Health Care Center as a trusted partner in senior care.
• Coordinate admissions processes with the facility team, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Represent Newton Health Care Center at community events and networking opportunities to build a strong reputation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, referral management, and/or admissions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture professional relationships within the healthcare industry.
