About the position

The Director of Athletic Ticket Sales at Coastal Carolina University is responsible for overseeing ticket sales operations within the Intercollegiate Athletics department. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the university's athletic events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ticket sales operations for intercollegiate athletics.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize ticket revenue.
• Manage ticket office staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the fan experience.
• Analyze sales data and trends to inform future sales strategies.
• Maintain relationships with season ticket holders and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in ticket sales.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of sales cycles and ability to work collaboratively.
