Responsibilities

• Ensure the Championship Culture within the organization
• Train basketball players of various skill levels
• Market the basketball programs and services
• Attend local youth tournaments and games
• Perform administrative duties related to operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Division 1 college basketball playing experience
• 5 years of management experience
• High-level communication skills
• Experience in education, customer service, coaching, business development, or sports development
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in coaching or training (1 year preferred)
• Roots to the Milwaukee/Waukesha area
