About the position

The Director of Brand Management & Communications at National Health Care Associates is responsible for overseeing the marketing department's daily operations, managing communications and digital media strategies, and ensuring effective marketing programs are implemented across the organization. This role plays a crucial part in promoting the company's services and enhancing its visibility in the healthcare industry, while also contributing to the overall growth and development of the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Marketing Department and staff.
  • Oversee all phases of Marketing, Communications, and Digital Media for National Health Care Associates.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing and communications programs through all stages.
  • Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Direct the materials development and distribution of corporate/facility collateral.
  • Assist in securing media attention to promote National Health Care Associates and its staff.
  • Assist with communications events such as trade shows and community events.
  • Maintain high visibility in the healthcare industry through involvement with organizations.
  • Research and recommend new products/services to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Work with SNF Administrators to provide consultation and assistance in communication and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Healthcare Marketing, preferably in long-term care or senior living industry.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated team management and project management capabilities.
