About the position

The Director of Brand Marketing at Insurify is responsible for leading the company's brand strategy to enhance awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves transitioning Insurify from a performance marketing leader to a well-recognized consumer brand, balancing short and long-term marketing goals, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams and agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns and monitor market trends for brand differentiation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Insurify's evolution from a leader in performance marketing to a consumer brand with a balanced marketing mix.
  • Develop the company's brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Recognize and develop high impact visual and static ad creative.
  • Work with agencies, media partners, and internal creative teams.
  • Upgrade the organization's capacity to create high-impact creatives with consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Ensure excellence in brand marketing channels such as TV, OTT/CTV, YouTube, and Social.
  • Collaborate closely with product, SEO, communications, and retention lifecycle marketing to ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in B2C consumer tech or direct-to-consumer industries.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on ability to implement as necessary.
  • Ability to identify and deliver high impact creative for direct response and awareness.
  • Expertise in TV, OTT/CTV, OLV, YouTube, Meta, and Social with $5mm+ annual budget.
  • Self service SQL and business intelligence proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management capabilities.
