About the position

The Director of Business Development at LiquidAgents Healthcare will lead a team of business development managers to drive the execution of growth strategies for StaffDNA. This role is crucial in establishing and nurturing partnerships with healthcare providers, shaping sales strategies, and supporting the team in achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4+ business development professionals, providing strategic guidance and coaching to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive strategic sales efforts by establishing relationships with hospital executives and decision-makers to present StaffDNA's Digital Marketplace solutions.
  • Own and develop the nationwide territory plan, ensuring alignment across your team and working closely with Client Advisors and Account Managers to troubleshoot and strategize around sales challenges.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in learning and understanding technology services quickly, to effectively showcase its value proposition to healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored sales strategies that address the financial, operational, and workforce planning needs of hospitals and healthcare providers.
  • Develop compelling presentations that align with company branding and effectively communicate solutions to executive-level stakeholders (C-suite, operational leaders, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Foster long-term relationships that lead to sustainable partnerships and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful sales and business development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; experience in staffing or healthcare industries strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing business development teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Superior negotiation skills with a focus on creating value-driven contracts and revenue opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mentality.
