About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Development to lead our sales teams in Eastern Washington (based in the Tri-Cities) and Western Washington (based in Puyallup). This role is responsible for driving the promotion and sales of mitigation and reconstruction services within assigned territories, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and growing our commercial customer base. The Director will utilize a systematic business development process to identify new prospects, cultivate relationships, and leverage marketing tools such as SERVPRO® Emergency Ready Plans, and national relationships to deliver exceptional results.
