This includes identifying new customer opportunities, creating and executing business proposals, and building customer loyalty. The Director will also implement business development strategies tailored to merchandise categories, channels, and cost structures, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overarching business objectives. Account management and relationship building are crucial aspects of this role. The Director will create and enhance long-term relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities, leveraging industry insights to maximize sales potential.
