About the position

As the Director of Business Operations at Givers, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's highest impact initiatives forward. This position requires a blend of experience, expertise, and a proactive mindset, focusing on optimizing operations and supporting the company's growth. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and engage in various cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the company's roadmap while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to oversee the growth of the company and develop systems to support our growth.
• Work across operations, enrollment, analytics, and product to align and execute projects according to the company roadmap.
• Jump into various cross-functional projects to keep things on track and fill in the gaps in skill and bandwidth.
• Manage and optimize company systems utilized by all teams, with an eye for automation and efficiency.
• Build and maintain the company framework for ideation, prioritization, and experimentation.
• Prioritize key partnerships and deliver top-notch support to keep partners happy.
• Own day-to-day people operations to keep the company running smoothly such as organizing company bonding, office equipment, and more.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a high-ownership startup environment.
• Demonstrated history of solving ambiguous problems and building new things from the ground up.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, even when managing many tasks.
• A learner's mindset with a history of seeking out and picking up new tools, skillsets, and perspectives.
• Adaptability, coachability, a high level of motivation, and a strong sense of urgency, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
