About the position

The IDD Business Operations Director at The Jewish Board is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's IDD business operations. This position focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The director will lead strategic planning efforts, financial management, and team leadership while fostering relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of IDD business operations.
• Oversee the financial operations of the IDD business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to IDD services.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the IDD business operations team.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and other service providers.
• Develop and implement quality assurance measures to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IDD services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in business operations, preferably in the IDD or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish Practices.
