The Director of Strategy and Business Operations, Employee & Workplace Experience (EWE) at Adobe will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the Employee & Workplace Experience team. Key responsibilities include building and managing the operational cadence for the Employee & Workplace Experience business, driving performance reviews, and ensuring effective communication of progress to various levels within the organization. The Director will also serve as a thought partner, influencing key senior partners and providing programmatic support for initiatives within the EWE and EX organizations.
