About the position

The Director of Catering Services at Restaurant Associates will oversee all catering operations at JPMorgan Chase's new global headquarters. This role involves high-level leadership and hands-on support for a high-volume food service operation, ensuring exceptional service and innovative culinary experiences. The Director will manage a team of managers and catering attendants, focusing on delivering outstanding catering services and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and ensure outstanding catering services across the account
• Manage a team of salaried and hourly associates, including hiring, training, employee performance and development
• Manage catering service-related financials
• Manage staffing levels and schedules
• Continually offer innovation, improvement to daily service and inspiration to your team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Strong knowledge of food and industry trends
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing catering events in a high volume, luxury F&B environment
• ServSafe certification, recommended
• Superior communication and problem-solving/strategizing skills
• Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
