About the position

The Director of Center Growth and Project Management at Autism Learning Partners is responsible for overseeing the expansion and operational management of the company's centers. This role involves managing all aspects of center launches, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans for new center launches, ensuring alignment with ALP's strategic direction and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate all project phases, from planning through execution, to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, scalability, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, escalating concerns and providing data-driven recommendations to the VP as necessary.
  • Implement and uphold clinic standards and best practices in line with ALP's strategic vision and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including federal, state, and local regulations, HIPAA, and other healthcare laws.
  • Collaborate with the VP to develop and refine design specifications and operational procedures for new clinics.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including construction firms, equipment suppliers, and consultants, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with broader organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the center launch process.
  • Partner with the VP and other stakeholders to manage center launch budgets and reporting as needed.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Track and report on project progress, including key milestones, deliverables, and performance analyses to the VP and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes and make informed decisions for future projects.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement with cross-departmental stakeholders as it relates to the center launch vision and process.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality client care and operational efficiency across new centers.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to support center fill rates and retention, and to operationalize changes to procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on behavioral health or healthcare settings.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, including center launches, from inception to completion.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership and aligning project goals with strategic objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success and organizational growth.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with interior space planning, understanding of tenant requirements, and optimizing layouts as well as associated software tools (such as AutoCAD, etc.)
