The Director of Client Services for US Fund Administration will be responsible for managing client relationships, including onboarding new clients, reviewing fund documents, setting up funds, and renewing existing client engagements. The role requires a deep understanding of clients' businesses to identify opportunities for additional fund services and cross-selling of other CSC products. The Director will also review accounting records, financial statements, and support schedules, including waterfall calculations (GAAP & OCBOA), as well as SBA compliance reporting and capital call & distribution calculations. The position involves ensuring best practices are used by the client service team, staffing/resource allocation, career development of team members, and managing special projects as required. Extensive on-the-job training will be provided, along with internal responsibilities such as status reports and time tracking.
