About the position

The Director of Clinical Operations at One to One Health is responsible for overseeing the clinical processes within the organization, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and developing new clinical programs to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinics and supervise staff.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of payroll.
• Conduct quarterly visits to clinics to assess operations and staff needs.
• Participate in recruitment and selection of medical providers and clinic staff.
• Complete regular performance appraisals for clinical staff.
• Oversee the successful opening of new clinics and improve client health-related culture.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and attend client meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate processes to achieve performance guarantees and patient satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and development of new clinical programs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other legal requirements.
• Serve as an on-site resource for patients and staff.
• Maintain clinic operating budgets and ensure facilities and equipment are maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in practice management.
• Nursing degree or healthcare management degree.
• Flexibility and quick critical thinking skills.
• Strong analytical skills to follow facility policies and legal regulations.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Skilled communicator with interpersonal skills to collaborate with various professionals.
• Problem-solving skills to implement creative solutions without compromising patient care.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare management or operations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
