The Hartford's Enterprise Data Services (EDS) is seeking a Director of Cloud Data Architecture responsible for modernizing and simplifying the Customer Data Ecosystem portfolio of assets. This role is pivotal in supporting various lines of business including Personal lines, Small Commercial, Middle and Large Commercial, Group Benefits, Claims, and Global Specialty lines. The focus is on enabling a 360-degree view of customers, which encompasses customer profiles, interactions, and omni-channel insights that align with The Hartford's strategic objectives. The role also involves creating architecture patterns for cloud data ecosystems, ensuring alignment with data architecture principles, and analyzing emerging business and technology trends to translate them into actionable capabilities. The Director will also oversee data governance, ensuring that data quality, lineage, and cataloging are captured holistically and strategically on a large-scale data platform. Responsibilities include designing architecture patterns for real-time data integration, defining and enforcing data architecture standards, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement.
