About The Position
The Director of Commercial Construction will lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction operations for a prominent property developer in Arizona and Texas. This role focuses on providing leadership, enhancing quality and processes, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards. The director will also be responsible for budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance across multiple projects, while building a network of external General Contractors for project bidding.
