About the position

The Director of Community Management at Associa is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of branch operations, focusing on client relations and retention. This role involves overseeing various branches, each with unique structures and responsibilities, while also contributing to the strategic planning and business development efforts of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight in general operations of the branch
• Direct leadership over the middle management team
• Monitor performance of branch management plan and initiatives for the branch
• Establish positive relationships with clients and service providers at the branch level
• Assist with management of strategic planning and business development at the branch level
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 10+ years of directly related or closely related experience
• 7 - 10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
• 7 - 10 years of Community Association experience
• Bachelor's Degree, MBA and/or PCAM preferred
