About the position

The Marketing Director at Vanderweil Engineers will lead the marketing team in Boston, focusing on strategic planning, brand development, digital marketing, and overall management of marketing activities. This role is crucial for driving marketing initiatives and ensuring the effective execution of marketing strategies across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations of the marketing team.
• Collaborating with Principals and Project Managers to conceptualize and implement marketing initiatives.
• Overseeing marketing deliverables such as proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM platform regarding opportunities, projects, personnel, and clients.
• Leading the development of marketing materials in coordination with interdepartmental staff.
• Implementing internal and external communications and marketing initiatives.
• Developing and implementing best practices for marketing processes.
• Exploring and implementing new tools and workflows to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 12+ years of proposal, writing, or marketing experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Experience in producing proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM and DAM platforms, with Unanet Cosential or OpenAsset being a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
